BG-tube CORE tube electrophoresis core, casing and hookup wire form a complete set of BG-tube tran MINI tube gels electrophoresis. This may only be used as isoelectric focusing electrophoresis, and may also be used with the BG-verMINI Vertical Electrophoresis as the first-dimension of 2-D electrophoresis.

The BG-tube CORE acts as first-dimension isoelectric focusing step of 2-D electrophoresis whilst the BG-verMINI Vertical Electrophoresis acts as the second-dimension polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

The BG-tube CORE electrophoresis core can run 16 tube gels( 2mm,standard fittings).

Suitable for quickly transfering Gel Proteins to Nitrocellulose membranes.
