The Gamma sample cooling system is ideal for chilling samples on the desktop during PCR set up. Holding two standard blocks the Gamma offers fast cool down times to ensure the unit is ready to use quickly. The unit features our Isotemp temperature control zone that ensures that all contents of the unit are kept at an even temperature, whether cold or warm.

The integrated timer allows up to 9 days to be programmed, sufficient for most laboratory applications: the timer will not start until a stable temperature has been reached.

Gamma will quickly reach less than 5?C but to reach 0?C will take longer, to speed this process up we recommend putting the blocks in a -20?C to chill, then use the Gamma to maintain 0?C
